Field Source Ohio is a team of specialists dedicated to building, renovating, and caring for high-quality athletic fields. For more than a decade, we’ve partnered with schools, universities, and parks across the region to create safe, durable playing surfaces that athletes and communities rely on. Our combined 135 years of industry experience shapes everything we do, from construction planning to long-term field management.
We understand that every field is unique. Conditions, budgets, sports requirements, and maintenance expectations vary from one organization to another, and our job is to bring clarity, strategy, and proven solutions to each project. Whether it involves a full field renovation or ongoing seasonal care, we help our clients protect their investment and keep their fields playing at their best.

Our mission is simple: build and maintain athletic fields that support safe play and long-term performance. We believe every athlete deserves a reliable surface, and every organization deserves a partner they can trust to prepare that surface with care and expertise.
What Drives Our Work
Two things guide our approach: craftsmanship and communication.
We take pride in the technical side of field construction, renovation, and turf management, but we also believe that a great project depends on strong relationships. We work directly with operational staff, athletic directors, coaches, administrators, architects, and engineers to keep everyone aligned throughout planning, construction, and maintenance.
From soil analysis and drainage recommendations to daily project updates, we aim to make the experience smooth, transparent, and collaborative.

Our team includes specialists in turfgrass, soil health, grading, irrigation, safety, and athletic field design. This collective knowledge helps us understand the lifecycle of a field from every angle.
